Join us for the 22nd Annual GALEC Chaplains Training Conference, featuring both Basic and Advanced Chaplains Training tracks.

Note: This is different than previous years where we used conference centers. Participants are responsible for their own lodging and meals (lunch and snacks will be provided).
Training & Certification
Basic Chaplains Training is available for chaplains who have not yet completed the mandated course.
Advanced Training is for those who have previously completed the basic program.
Registration Details
Registration Time: August 10 or 11, from 7:00–7:45 a.m.
Registration Deadline: August 1, 2026
Register online or manually prior to the deadline. After this date or at the door, a $25 late fee applies. See buttons below.
Please note: P.O.S.T. is no longer certifying chaplains. However, GALEC certifies the training, and each department chief will certify their own chaplains. Our goal is to provide the most current and impactful training available.

A registration form without a deposit is not considered complete.
Refunds:
Must be requested in writing
A $50 penalty fee applies to refunds requested after the deadline to cover contractual and training costs.
